AARA YOGA & NATUROPATHY RESEARCH CENTRE
Welcomes people of all ages. Those who wants to keep their body and mind healthy can travel with us. If you want your child to be grown up healthy just like you, there is no barrier Aara Yoga NRC is ready to offer it’s service to all age groups.
VEDHA is the founder of Aara Yoga & Naturopathy Research Centre, Chennai. He has been a spiritual seeker since birth. In his youth, he practiced many kinds of yoga and meditations. He has been trained as a yoga instructor and therapist from Bihar School of Yoga and Indian School of Yoga. He also learnt and practiced various form of yoga, yoga therapy & Naturopathy. Thirty three years of intense practice in Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation has provided him with the essential education to assist students of all levels. Vedha brings discipline and a strong commitment to the physical aspect of Hatha yoga. He encourages students to be systematic and dedicated to improving oneself physically. The class is a place to focus on the series and push through the blocks of the mind.
